oh i found why the pokemons keep on escaping when you teleported to another country. you see the cooldown every time you click on a country like south korea. most of them has 120 min cooldowns. and that means when you teleport to that location you must not do anything. no spinning pokestops or something like that. just wait the amount of time it says when you click on a country on pokemon go. so when it says 120 min cooldown. you are going to wait 120 minutes so you can catch pokemons so it doesnt fledding all the time. so just wait the amount of time it says on the cooldown then play. i suggest to leave your phone or like do something else but keep the pokemon go tab open. and after 120 minutes you can go ahead and catch some pokemons. i suggest you to set a timer to like 2 hours and 10 m inutes if its at 120 minutes cooldown so it will remind you when you can spoof around in another country. so its not a bug. its just so you will not get banned super easy. hahah
