i have been seeing kindra getting spotlight and i am happy for it i had been using it before last season with many clutches it was very underrated

Quick question, whats the optimal iv that you’d want on your kingdra? I have a low attack one that almost maxes out at 2470 and another high attack one that can get to 2490 with far less candies.
